Anyone who knows this man knows how busy he is!
He had always trained in the past but like many of us guys we think we can out train a bad diet….
…so with a few tweaks to his nutrition (which included all the foods he enjoyed) and he stayed consistent with it, he was able to continuously progress.

This man has always impressed me with his work ethic.
He is a busy man with a young family at home and works long hours...But still makes time for his gym sessions..
He hasn't made a massive change to his lifestyle, he has just made some small changes to his nutrition that we suggested and has been consistent with them as well as showing up..
He has just been chipping away and is now a massive 20kilos lighter!

Before I joined the 6 week s challenge, I hadn't been in a gym for many years. This meant I was hesitant to start.
Once I started at Motion Fitness, it felt like they understood your situation and helped with getting into a routine.
The knowledge that was shared regarding diet and nutrition has helped me make better choices in food, yet allow me to enjoy food at the same time.
I've been able to increase my strength and reduce body fat with the guidance and help provided by the coaching staff.
Joining the 6 week challenge has helped me get into a better shape, and each session is instructor led; this means that regardless of your level of experience, you're always getting the right guidance.
Motion Fitness staff is one of the friendliest and the place is amazing.

"I can't say i was eating healthy at all prior to joining Motion Fitness 6 Week Challenge..
My knowledge of nutrition looking back was terrible! So i would have had the odd healthy snack but generally more convenience and oven meals..
Fitness wise i would have cycled most Sundays but that would have been it...
I have seen such a difference in all aspects of my health since the challenge, over the 6 weeks my weight came down 16lbs and has continued to drop!...Fitness has increased massively! Sunday cycles seem a lot easier than before.
The knowledge that the coaches passed on in relation to nutrition has had a big impact on how i eat..
I would have previously always went for the easiest option in terms of meals so now i plan ahead and this makes sure i stay away from the takeaways etc
All of this definitely makes you feel a lot better in yourself mentally and physically

I can honestly say i would never join a mainstream gym again...Never again walking in to a gym and just ending up on a treadmill..

"Before joining Motion, I was doing some independent weight training and playing 5-a-side football twice a week.
I work at a desk and mostly work from home, which limited how much movement I was doing.
For nutrition, I do my best during the week to make meals but never really had a plan or seen the results I was expecting. And, like most, treat myself at weekends.
With my own training, I would always have good intentions on a Monday but attendance would drop soon after. I never really had a routine or one that didn’t bore me.
During and post Covid times, I found myself out of shape and constantly trying to regain some form of fitness.
I joined Motion Fitness late November 2022 and initially got involved with the MetCon sessions. Within a month I got involved in the 6 week program too.
Honestly, I’ve been surprised with how much I’ve bought into the program and everything to do with Motion...
..The sessions can be tough at times but the reward after is worth it. I’ve found all aspects of myself to improve over time. The setup really introduces accountability in an environment that allows you to feel comfortable.
The culture set in the gym by the coaches makes the place welcoming. They’ve been a huge part of my fitness journey the last 9 months...
..I’ve found Motion has improved me mentally and physically. Plus, the sessions never get boring and always offer a new challenge.
The 6 week program will leave you coming out the other side with knowledge of how to continue life and look after yourself in a sustainable way.
The gym can always be a daunting place to get started in and the hardest part is always starting. For anyone who does ever think of giving it a go, I highly recommend Motion Fitness...
